These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop SAIYN.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after placing the order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order through a separate order confirmation or ship the goods.


3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All stated prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory VAT, if applicable.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.


4. Payment

The payment methods displayed in the order process are available to you in our shop.

The charge is made via the respective payment service provider, depending on the chosen payment method.


5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Information on delivery times is non-binding, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Should an ordered item not be available, we reserve the right not to accept the order or to immediately refund any payments already made.


6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.


7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.


8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

Otherwise, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.


9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.


10. Final Provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as no mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict with this.
