Shipping
We ship all orders from Berlin. Within Germany, delivery takes 2–4 business days, and within Europe, 3–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
- Europe: free
- UK: 20€
- Worldwide: 25€
Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your order — starting from the day you received the package.
Here's how it works:
- Send us a short email to support@saiyn.co with your order number.
- We will send you the return label.
- Pack the goods back in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all tags.
- Take the package to the nearest post office.
What you should know:
- Returns from Europe are free.
- You bear the cost of returns from the UK and worldwide.
- The refund will be issued to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- We reserve the right not to accept worn or damaged goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the goods to the address provided in the email and order the new size or another item separately.
